Hi, I'm Carol Bartholomew. A professional character designer and illustrator from Michigan. I welcome you to my website. Here you can view my different styles of illustration, posters, flyers and web site design. I am a freelance artist available for graphic design work.
I've had I've had all kinds of experience in the graphic design field, starting off as a keyliner and technical illustration tracer for MascoTech. in Warren Michigan, then as a technical illustrator for Ford Motor Company, in Livonia. In 1998, I started design work for the PBS kids program "My Bedbugs" , which I designed and illustrated the title characters for the show. Toofy, Gooby, Woozy, J.Edgar, and Snoozy. The show was produced by Greenestuff Inc. , where I was employed as the senior Illustrator for the 2 Seasons it was aired on PBS. My work on MY Bedbugs resulted in two Emmy nominations and Two Telly awards.
Today I work as a freelance illustrator, with a range of projects, from logo design, characters and mascots, basic web designs, flyers, business cards, etc.
